Specifications include, but are not limited to: Roadway and utility improvements on Film Street from Arrowhead Park Road to Triviz Drive. This will include the roadway, grading, parking, curb, sidewalk on the south side, drainage improvements, traffic control, reclamation seeding, utilities, electric conduit, communication conduit, signing/striping and all components to provide a facility ready for use complete in place. This will include the roadway, curb, grading, traffic control, fencing, signing/striping, drainage improvements and all components to provide a facility ready for use complete in place. 1. Remove all material to accommodate for the new roadway section. 2. Construct sewer main extension. 3. Construct water main extension. 4. Construct gas main extension. 5. Construct curb and ADA improvements as needed at intersections. 6. Construct road bed including, subgrade preparation, base course and asphaltic concrete. 7. Strip and sign as shown on plans. 8. Contractor is responsible for all traffic control devices, placement and maintenance.
