Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of County Commissioners of Shawnee County, Kansas (the “Board”) is seeking a well qualified firm to provide Design Build services for the design and construction of a new aquatic facility at Oakland Park, 801 NE Polar for a fixed fee ; 1. Provide preconstruction services that may include but are not limited to: cost estimating, construction documents, permit documents, constructability reviews, project scheduling, sequencing and phasing, delivery package analysis and other services deemed necessary. 2. Construction document hosting. 3. Design-Build team serving as the constructor. 4. Presentations at County Commission meetings as required. 5. Coordination of public utility improvements. 6. Other Design-Build services as deemed necessary by the County.
