GVWR: Minimum 11,500 lb. 4. Payload Capacity: Minimum 3,700 lb. 5. Engine: Minimum 7.3 liter gasoline engine with oil cooler and the manufacturer’s heavy-duty cooling package. 6. Fuel Tank: Maximum fuel tank capacity for the vehicle being offered. 7. Transmission: Manufacturer’s 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. LS or manufacturer’s equivalent if available. Four-wheel drive with manufacturer’s standard undercarriage protection. Electronic shift, push-button or switch type transfer case. Floor transfer case shift lever will not be accepted. 8. Electrical System: 12 volt. Heavy-duty batteries with minimum 750 cold cranking amps (CCA). Alternator with a minimum 250 amps. The electrical system shall have the capacity to operate the emergency lighting and communication equipment. 9. Exhaust Emission Control System: Compliant with the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) emission control standard. 10. Brakes: Manufacturer’s disc brakes with anti-lock brake system. 11. Steering: Hydraulic integral power with tilt wheel. 12. Seating: Minimum five (5) seating positions. Driver and passenger seat configurations shall allow a communication console to be installed. Vinyl upholstery with black neoprene type seat covers for the vehicle offered shall be provided.
