Specifications include, but are not limited to: The BIDDER shall describe in detail how the following will be accomplished: Assisting the community-based organization includes but may not be limited to: Attend and participate in up five (5) one (1)-hour and as needed scheduled meetings to prepare for the related activities and to debrief after the resources, event planning, etc. have been completed; Work closely and collaboratively with and under the direction of the DOH, Maternal and Child Health Branch representative to ensure the activities listed in this scope are accomplished timely, professionally, and successfully including obtaining approval before making purchases and reimbursements as well as agreeing on resource distribution for youth, young adults and families working towards career and employment readiness, and college preparation; and, Serve as the point of contact for the DOH Maternal and Child Health Branch, workshop coordination, trainers, venues, and related vendors, as well as for scheduled meetings, events, and related efforts. Assisting the community-based organization includes but may not be limited to: Organize, manage, arrange up to four (4) in person events to provide information and specific examples on career and employment readiness and college preparation in English and agreed upon languages of Micronesia
