Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Process and develop the Kodak Imagelink HQ 16MM x 66m microfilm, which the Division of Motor Vehicles has filmed and provided to the vendor. 2. The developing quality must be of the highest standards as the paper documents produced from this film may be utilized for a number of different purposes, including for legal proceedings. 3. The developing process must be of the highest security as the information contained on the films is protected by the Motor Vehicle Privacy Act, RSA 260:14. 4. It is highly preferred that the microfilm is processed within the State of New Hampshire. If another jurisdiction is bid, the bid must include what steps will be taken to comply with RSA 260:14. 5. If any processed and developed film is deemed by the Division of Motor Vehicles to be of poor quality due to the developing process, the vendor shall at no charge reprocess and develop that film(s).
