Specifications include, but are not limited to: all paving associated with roadway traffic lanes including 40th Street from north of Rokeby Road to Yankee Hill Road constructed and open to traffic, inlet and pipe shall be placed and backfilled, all box culvert and bridge construction completed, all sidewalk and trail completed, light poles installed and functioning, pavement marking and water main and associated materials constructed, pressure tested, disinfected and put into service. Road closures to through traffic will be permitted for 40th Street from Yankee Hill Road to Rokeby Road. Detours for traffic will be signed and utilized along Yankee Hill Road, S. 40th Street and Saltillo Road. Prior to the end of work activities in 2023 the Contractor shall have substantially completed the work associated with Phase 1 and restore local traffic along S. 40th Street from Wilderness Hills Boulevard to Yankee Hill Road. Through traffic along S. 40th Street would continue to be closed allowing the Contractor to perform winter construction associated with the concrete slab bridge and concrete box culvert at 104+30.
