Specifications include, but are not limited to: Generator specifications: Bidder shall provide 180KW 208/120 Three Phase Kohler diesel generator Bidder shall provide and install remote Kohler Annunciator Panel Bidder shall provide and install 800amp Kohler automatic service entrance transfer switch Bidder shall install provide all necessary electrical and permits Bidder install concrete pad for generator and transfer switch Bidder shall provide Kohler Factory Start-up Monday thru Friday 8 to 5 Bidder to supply crane for off load Bidder shall provide delivery to job site Bidder shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete turn-key project Bidder shall provide all necessary labor Bidder shall provide all necessary electrical materials Bidder shall be responsible for cleaning and hauling any and all debris to clean the work site. All parts, labor and any sale taxes shall be included in bid price. Invoice price upon completion.
