Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install a new Kitchen Hood system. Remove existing duct work and hood, install new fan for system with control switch, install new code required access doors. Wrap duct with FYRE wrap insulation per NFPA codes. Install new stainless wall backing under hood also per code. This project requires a new fan as well as a new make-up air unit with duct. The route per the drawings needs to be verified as well as some ceiling and wall construction will be needed to complete the project. Remove existing system and debris removal, Install new duct as well as new make-up air duct and install hood, Ansul system by Cintas, Factory hood start up, Factory hood balancing, Controls for hood system non DDC, Power Wiring to Equipment, Roofing, Dumpster. The Project will include but not be limited to the Disciplines of: Electrical, Mechanical, wall and roof patching work.
