Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The polarity of all receptacles shall be tested. GFI receptacles shall be tested. (test with ECOS #1019 or similar tester) 2. Test all emergency lighting by turning circuit breakers off. 3. Provide typed panel directories. 4. Obtain a certification letter from the fire alarm vendor indicating the system has been tested and is fully operational. 5. Clean fixture lenses and reflectors. 6. Provide the City with spare lamps, parts, keys, etc. as specified for this project. 7. All junction boxes shall have covers and shall be labeled with the circuit number(s). 8. Clean all switchgear and provide a designation label. 9. Remove paint from all devices and device plates. 10. Replace all burned-out lamps. 11. Megger test reports (attach with this form) 12. Ground and bonding connections to the cold-water pipe, building steel, ground rods, etc.
