Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor for vapor intrusion mitigation system operation and maintenance services for the vapor intrusion mitigation system operation and maintenance for the Keystone Corridor Groundwater Contamination Site. The Site is located at the intersection of N. Keystone Avenue and E. Fall Creek Parkway Drive, Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. 1.A The contractor shall meet with the IDEM project manager at the site within thirty days (30) days of contract approval to discuss the project and conduct a walk through of the VIM system installation locations. 1.B The contractor shall provide for six (6), one-hour teleconference meetings per year as requested by the IDEM project manager. Task 2: Operations and Maintenance The Contractor shall maintain the Site in full compliance with the specifications outlined in the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Work Plan (Attachment L). The Contractor shall follow the guidelines provided in the Operation and Maintenance Work Plan to provide annual inspection and maintenance of 46 properties with installed VIM systems. The contractor shall coordinate with property owners to arrange a convenient time and day for these inspections and maintenance activities. The Contractor shall inform the IDEM project manager of inspection activities at least two (2) weeks in advance.
