Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide a mobile food unit with at least one operable service window to serve customers at the FAC. If desired, the Concessionaire may also make use of a second window to serve walk-up customers (see Exhibit C). These two windows shall be separated by a partition (provided by City of Siloam Springs) to prevent unauthorized entrance to the FAC. B. Comply with all Arkansas Department of Health guidelines as well as City of Siloam Springs ordinances for operation of a mobile food unit. C. Equip their mobile food unit with both a freshwater tank and gray water tank in compliance with Arkansas Department of Health guidelines. D. Provide a written statement to the City of Siloam Springs Wastewater Department declaring the name, address, and contact information of the permitted facility at which the bidder shall be disposing of their gray water. E. Prior to execution of the agreement the successful bidder must show proof of their City of Siloam Springs Business License. F. Schedule and pass all health inspections by the county and state. G. Provide all labor, materials, supplies, and any other equipment necessary for the operation of the mobile food unit. H. Maintain all equipment including cleaning and regular ongoing maintenance. The City is not responsible for replacement or repair of Concessionaire’s equipment. I. Staff, stock, and maintain the mobile food unit during all regularly scheduled days of operation and as requested for designated events. Designated events shall include, but not necessarily be limited to Member’s Swim, City events, and when services are requested for facility rentals. (Exhibit A) J. The mobile food unit is only permitted to operate at the FAC during regularly scheduled days of operation and as requested during designated events. Concessionaire may open for public walk-up business up to two (2) hours before opening of FAC and may remain open up to one (1) hour after closing of FAC (See Exhibit A).
