Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 There are electrical problems for the exterior lighting system. This includes, but is not limited to, a burnt computer board in the Lithonia Lighting Panel. 1.2 It is unknown what the issue is with the electrical system. 1.3 The project consists of diagnosing / trouble shooting the problem, purchasing the material(s), and repairing the problems / issues found. 1.4 The vendor must quote an hourly labor rate for diagnosis and repair to the system. 1.5 The vendor must quote a percentage markup for all material that have to be purchased to repair the system. 1.6 The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans Manual and Contract Drawings.
