Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, facilities, permanent materials and temporary materials and services required to perform the Work including quality control, all required documentation at the conclusion of the project, warranting its work and performing all other work; Master Plumber per Hour 250 Hours ; Journeyman Plumber per Hour 50 Hours ; Trainee Plumber or Journeymanin-Training per Hour 50 Hours; This work is to include but not limited to general Plumbing maintenance, inspections, and repairs in the garages, office buildings, crew quarters, and outbuildings in Region 4 which includes some of the towns and cities in the Counties of Penobscot, Piscataquis, Hancock, and Washington. Assignments will be performed by one plumber and a service truck unless otherwise directed by the Department. If the Contractor determines that additional plumbers or equipment are needed, the Contractor must get Department approval prior to performing the work.
