Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1)Assure that all confidential information is maintained in a secure format.2)Maintain annual enrollment in the Rhode Island Department of Health(RIDOH) State Supplied Vaccine and KIDSNET/RICAIR programs.3)Maintain enrollment in the RIDOH COVID-19 vaccination program bycompleting an enrollment application. Order COVID-19 vaccine and maintainan adequate supply to vaccinate adults and children upon request.4)A clinician licensed in Rhode Island with prescribing privileges (e.g., MD,DO, NP) or a registered nurse (RN) shall provide clinical oversight andoperations for 30 hours/week of clinic walk-in services for immunization ofpopulations identified above. These hours shall include “non-traditional”hours (e.g. open before or after school hours). Provide a 2-week notificationprior to a seasonal schedule change in writing to RIDOH to be posted to theRIDOH website.5)Have clinic availability for walk-in appointments
