Includes approximately 745 - 4 foot bulbs; 144 - 8 foot bulbs, and 20 HID bulbs. $ 2 Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) containing light ballast: Recover and properly dispose of assumed PCB ballasts from fluorescent light fixtures throughout the building. Locations and approximate numbers of ballasts are detailed on building maps in Attachment 2. Includes approximately 108 - standard 4 and 8 foot fluorescent light fixture PCB ballasts. $ 3 Non-PCB containing light ballast: Recover and properly dispose of non-PCB ballasts from fluorescent light fixtures throughout the building. Locations and approximate numbers of ballasts are detailed on building maps in Attachment 2. Includes approximately 301 - standard 4 foot fluorescent light fixture ballasts. $
