Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondent will provide broadband consulting to Northwest Fiberworx in the oversight of make ready and pole applications with telephone and power utility companies, as follows: 1. Coordinate make ready applications with associated design firm and Northwest Fiberworx construction schedule. 2. Identify and group poles for application in Shape file. 3. Sequence poles by ride out routes per pole owner standards. 4. Load make ready requests in NJUNS (GMP) by sequence. 5. Prepare pole application forms per pole owner standards (VEC, VPPSA) 6. Monitor, track, and report to team make ready application status. 7. Coordinate design/build partner on application status. 8. Coordinate design/build partner on licensing status. 9. Coordinate all aspects of make ready, licensing and construction with partners and pole owners. 10. Coordinate with utilities for joint ride out dates and times. 11. Perform joint ride outs with utility companies. 12. Collaborate and document with utility on ride out results. 13. Coordinate with pole owner’s planned construction involving licensing request. 14. Review of make ready costs. 15. Coordinate applications with transport providers (VELCO, First Light, others) 16. Research/Coordinate opportunities for: i. Leasing existing fiber that is along design routes. ii. Leasing (trading) a tube or tubes with other fiber providers iii. Geographic and vendor diverse redundancy
