Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace approximately 66,223 square feet of roofing assembly encompassing all roof section areas with the exception of Roof C, which was replaced in 2016. All new roofing to comply with the ASD B3000 Roof guidelines for fully adhered EPDM assembly, 90mil, 30- year warranty. This will include extending parapet heights and replacing parapet cap flashing. • Structural upgrades to resolve seismic and snowdrift load deficiencies identified in “Recommended Structural Improvements with Re-Roof Final Report” included in the exhibits. Alternate cost effective solutions to those provided are acceptable with supporting justification and calculations. • All roof drain systems (including Roof C) will be jet flushed and video evaluated for integrity before design in their entirety, in accordance with ASD Mechanical Design Standards, D2000 Plumbing, 1.2.1.2. Corrections to roof drains, overflow drains, and drain piping to outside of the building footprint shall be included in the scope of work. Deficiencies discovered to exterior drain piping, drywells, infiltrator systems, and piping to the discharge terminus or Municipal storm water system will be addressed as a change order or as a new project depending on the complexity and estimated cost of the repairs.
