Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract/s through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Boiler Services on Call. This is an indefinite quantity, time and materials contract supplemental to work done by APS mechanical personnel and will be primarily used for service work for boiler repair and maintenance, including controls and components, temperature control systems, thermostats, pumps, related piping, valves, etc. Contractor will, upon request, furnish all permits, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to identify problem(s) and perform repairs, maintain/service/clean boiler systems, perform weekly inspections, and provide other services as individual situations demand for proper operation.
