Specifications include, but are not limited to: This bid is to establish purchasing contracts and agreements with aircraft manufactures for labor programs, parts programs, maintenance programs, engine programs, and aircraft parts and maintenance for the aircraft the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP) operates and will operate. A. KHP operates or will operate the following aircraft: 1. Cessna CJ3+ 2. Cessna Caravan 3. Cessna 206 B. The vendors must be the manufacture of the aircraft listed above in section B or authorized by the manufacture to provide the services listed in these specifications to qualify. KHP is establishing factory maintenance and support programs for the aircraft above. The programs may include, but not limited to labor programs, parts programs, maintenance programs, maintenance services, parts, and engine programs for the aircraft listed above. C. The KHP will reserve the right to award to multiple vendors who meet the minimum qualifications set for in this document, in the best interest of the KHP.
