Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University System of New Hampshire (hereafter referred to as USNH or Owner) representing UNH Hospitality Services, is requesting proposals from qualified Firms to provide Class I and Class II dairy products to the Durham campus. The University is requesting proposals for the purchase of dairy products for Holloway Commons, Stillings and Philbrook dining halls; the UNH Dairy Bar; Camp Wildcat; Upward Bound; the Child Study and Development Center (CSDC), Philbrook Café, Cornerstone Café in Paul College, Wildcatessen in Stillings Hall, Zeke’s Café in the Dimond Library and the Memorial Union Building in Durham. The bulk of the dairy products are purchased during the 32 plus week period that UNH is in session, usually from the end of August through the third week of May. Breaks occur at Thanksgiving (3 days), Christmas (7 days), and Spring Vacation (8 days in March). The peak usage period is from the last week of August through mid-December, and again from the third week of January through mid-May. Deliveries are required three (3) days per week.
