Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project generally consists of the installation of a new 8’-0” high vinyl privacy fence along sections of the perimeter of the Delaware State Police Troop 1 headquarters building. Installation of a new 16’ cantilever sliding gate and gate operator along Washington Street. This location is an existing rear entrance of the headquarters building that is intended to be used as an exit only. A new 8’-0” high vinyl privacy fence and a second 16’ cantilever sliding gate and operator will be installed along the left side, of the front parking lot. This location will be used as the entry point to the rear parking lot. New pedestals with access control card readers and video intercom stations will be installed and tied into the existing building intercom master station at the front desk. Finally, installation of new post bollards will be provided at both gate locations.
