Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Laredo is herein solicitating informal bids to interested parties to provide a one time maintenance to the A/C units in computer rooms & UPS rooms at all Bridges. Total cost must include supervision, installation, labor, materials, equipment, freight and any other costs associated with completing project. : All work must be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and codes. The contractor shall be required to secure all required building permits, City of Laredo or the Laredo Bridge Systems will not pay for building permits. The successful contractor shall be required to provide safety signs. Contractor shall display professional behavior at all times. Contractor is also responsible to inform employees or subcontractors of such professionalism. Contractor shall keep area clean at all times and clean at the end of the day each day. All trash must be disposed of to City of Laredo Landfill. City of Laredo or Laredo Bridge Systems will not pay for landfill cost.
