Specifications include, but are not limited to: The dormitory is two stories and includes 40 rooms, with 38 having double occupancy capacity, and two that are ADA compliant with single occupancy capacity. Each room is approximately 236 square feet, most of which is carpet flooring. The dormitory also includes a lounge, laundry room, and storage/supply closet on each floor. The dormitory is used for housing law enforcement training academy trainees, in-service trainees, instructors, and ISP employees from outside areas traveling to Meridian for other business purposes. Duration of stay ranges from a few days to several months. Each room contains the following: • Two twin beds with headboards * • One nightstand • Two wardrobes * • Two desks * • Two bookshelves * • Two desk chairs * • Two wastebaskets * • One chest of drawers • Two light fixtures above desks * • Two light fixtures above beds * • One window with mini blind and window ledge • One mini refrigerator • Bathroom area with vanity counter, single sink, shower surround with shower curtain, and toilet *There are two ADA compliant rooms that only contain one of each item marked.
