Specifications include, but are not limited to: Little Rock Parks and Recreation is seeking an organization with a successful track record of outdoor recreational rental and services that complement water and land activities, managing and maintaining facilities for such purposes, and can implement and sustain these activities that are family friendly for a variety of responsible users. Outcomes Desired a) To expand and grow recreation opportunities involving outdoor water activities by providing rentals, tours, and programs involving kayaks, paddle boarding, and other similar devices. b) To expand and grow recreation opportunities involving outdoor trail activities by providing rentals, tours, and programs involving road bikes, comfort bikes, mountain bikes, E-Bikes, and other similar devices. c) To instruct all participants about the techniques and skills that will provide a safe and fun environment for outdoor recreation in all activities. d) To provide tours of existing and future outdoor recreational amenities in the City of Little Rock and area. e) To provide discounts and/or specials rates for the current members of LRPR, community centers, friends program.
