Design based on IBC 2015- with minimum wind design speed of 120 mph; 2. Roof Snow Load – minimum 20 psf; 3. Size – 70’ X 150’ Open-Span Portal-Frame Pavilion; 4. Sidewalls – NONE; 5. Roof – 24 Gauge standing seam roof; 6. Insulation – NONE; 7. Metal Roof Pitch – 2/12; 8. Foundation – Contractor responsible for design with City approval; 9. Contractor is responsible for any damage to the existing parking lot and other concrete caused by their work at the Project Site and will repair any damage at no cost to the City; 10.
