Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Roblee Coal Company Permit # U-1001-91 and O-1009-93 Slip Repair and Regrade Project is located on the county line of Upshur and Lewis County. The town of Jane Lew (Lewis County) West Virginia is the closest town near the project. The project will involve but is not limited to slip repairs, construction of new ditches, and the clearing and repair of existing ditches. The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: Clearing brush and sedimentation from existing ditches; Repairing slip areas which include rock toe buttresses, chimney drains and seep collector; Construction of new ditches; Erosion and Sediment control with best management practices; Revegetation of disturbed areas. The Contractor shall also be responsible for surveying, including establishing construction baseline, measuring, and developing all completed quantities on the job, and for ordering, purchase and delivery of all materials required for construction or required for development of support areas.
