Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to remove and dispose of old boiler and replace with new, fully functional, boilers. • New boilers specifications must meet or exceed the following: o 2 new Granby 7 section triple pass boilers. 87% efficient, capable of doing 228,000 BTU’s each (456,000 total BTU’s) o NOTE: current boiler is running at 420,000 BTU’s, with a max output of 483,000 BTU’s o 2 Riello f10 oil burners. o New hydrostat controls with low water cutoff. o Install new primary secondary loop system. o State 55-gallon electric water heater. o Attach boilers to existing chimney. o New air eliminator system. o Attach boilers to existing circulators and expansion tank. o Remove and dispose of all debris including old boiler. o Warrantee: 1-year parts, 10-year cast, 1 year labor.
