Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of comprehensive and independent program evaluation services for the New Mexico Department of Health, Public Health Division, and the Nicotine Use Prevention and Control (NUPAC) Program. Funded services will include overall program evaluation planning and implementation, evaluation data collection, analysis and reporting, technical assistance, and reporting of findings and recommendations that be used to demonstrate accountability, inform decision-making processes, and improve the NUPAC Program. NUPAC will fund a single contract for statewide comprehensive nicotine use program evaluation services. Thie successful Offeror will provide comprehensive and independent nicotine use program evaluation services to demonstrate accountability, inform decision-making processes, and improve the quality of services and resources supported by NUPAC.
