Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, Division of Purchasing, on behalf of Utah and in association with NAPSO ValuePoint, including the State of Hawaii, is requesting proposals for Information Technology Managed Service Providers; The purpose of this RFP is to establish one or more Master Agreements with Managed Service Providers (“MSP”) offering a Vendor Management System (“VMS”), which must be operational at the time of Proposal submittal, for the following: (A) Information Technology (“IT”) staffing resources, payroll staffing and Services related to contingent workers in the IT industry; and (B) Positions supporting Statement of Work (“SOW”) and/or scope of work-based development and/or creation Services.
