Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1 Vendor shall provide electrical services including - installing wiring, raceways, panels, devices, motor controls center modifications, gear and etc. for various remodeling projects, area lighting systems, breakers, and detection systems and other related work. 4.2 Vendor shall provide large scale electrical services for power sub stations, contacts, transformers and main switch gears and other related items. 4.3 Vendor shall not cut or patch construction exposed on the exterior or in occupied spaces, in a manner that would, in the Owner’s opinion, reduce the building’s aesthetic qualities, or result in visual evidence of cutting and patching. 4.3.1 Remove and replace work cut and patched in a visually unsatisfactory manner. 4.3.2 Obtain approval of the cutting and patching proposal before cutting and patching. 4.4 Comply with NEMA, NECA and UL Standards and regulations for temporary electric service. 4.5 Install services in compliance with National Electric Code (NFPA 70).
