Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Kansas is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain competitive responses from vendors to provide conference management services for the annual SHICK (Senior Health Insurance Counseling for Kansas) Coordinator Conference. Kansas Department of Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) will have internal staff as resources for some aspects of the conference, such as development of session content. Vendors will be required to manage pre-event planning, budgeting, expenses, logistics, and onsite conference management. This proposal contains the requirements necessary for a successful conference. KDADS reserves the right to award multiple contracts for the services set forth in this RFP.
