Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Public Building Commission, hereinafter referred to as Owner, is requesting bids from qualified companies, hereinafter referred to as Vendor, for the supply, installation, service work and ongoing monitoring to upgrade and replace the panic alarm system in the following buildings: o 555 South 10th Street, Lincoln, NE (County City Building) o 575 South 10th Street, Lincoln, NE (Hall of Justice) o 605 South 10th Street, Lincoln, NE (605 Building) o 633 South 9th Street, Lincoln, NE (Court House Plaza) PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Owner is requesting bids from vendors who supply, install, service and monitor UL DMP XR550 Security/Access Control systems. 2.2 Vendor shall provide equipment and software and include it, and other materials necessary to complete the installation at Owner’s facilities. Equipment shall include, but not be limited to: 2.2.1 DMP XR550 Security/Access Control Panels 2.2.2 575 + Zones 2.2.3 10,000 (minimum) User codes with multiple different profiles 2.2.4 Four (4) Keypads on each panel 2.2.5 Six (6) Main control panels with network and cellular communication paths 2.2.6 EOL Resistors and test Holdups on all floors 2.2.7 Replace all existing keypads with IPADS and Zone Expanders 2.2.8 All connections to client provided LAN/WAN, network drops and IP addresses 2.2.9 Touch Mobile application 2.2.10 Online access to alarm management portal 2.3 Owner to provide all sources of AC power.
