Specifications include, but are not limited to: Due to the extensive modernization and rehabilitation to be done in the apartments, residents will need to be relocated. There are 33 apartments on floors 10, 11, and 12 (11 apartments per floor). All the relocations of residents will be within Rosedale Tower. This first phase will require moving residents off the 12th floor to units on the lower floors in this Tower. Once the 12th floor is vacated, this floor will be given to a contractor for modernization of the units on the 12th floor. Once the 12th floor units are repaired, and modernized, the 11th floor residents will be moved to the 12th floor. These moves must be completed in a one-week period (11 moves in 5 days). Once the 11th floor is repaired and modernized, the 10th floor residents will be moved to the 11th floor. These moves must be completed in a one-week period (11 moves in 5 days). Currently there are 9 units that can be moved off the 12th floor to units on lower floors. Moves will be paid on a per unit basis. Some units maybe vacant and not require moving.
