Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 All doors will be numbered to correspond with the room where they are to be installed. All doors are to be labeled with these numbers and are to appropriately labeled in accordance with the State Fire Marshal Code, rules and regulations. 3.1.2 Steel craft masonry frames have been installed at our facilities and therefore, require Steel Craft Doors. All steel door and frame hardware locations to match “Steelcraft” locations. 3.1.3 Doors and frames must comply with ANSI/SDI 100 RR-D-575B (1) Recommended Specifications for Standard Steel Doors and Frames specified. 3.1.4 Hardware installation shall be installed at the site location. Factory or shop installation of hardware is not permitted. 3.1.5 Fire-Rated Door Assemblies: Units must comply with NFPA 80 (see Exhibit A) are identical to door and frame assemblies tested for fire-test response characteristics per ASTM E 152 Reference 80 Published on January 1, 2022 and are labeled and listed by UL, Warnock Hersey, or another testing and inspecting agency acceptable to authorities having jurisdiction. 3.1.6 Deliver doors and frames in cardboard-wrapped or crated containers to provide protection during transit and job storage. 3.1.7 All doors, frames and door hardware shall be un-finished Birch Autumn Oak # S64N12. All doors shall be Beveled Edged Doors, unless specified when requested. 3.1.7.1 Customize/Alterations shall be done on site according to KCS Specifications. Vendor must carry licensing on site due to the Fire Doors. Vendor shall have a labeled shop and either have a FM Certification or UL.
