Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Site work: a. Preparation will be made to ensure that all of the work done on the property will at all times comply with the plans produced by both Michael Petrovick Architects, PPLC and Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC as well as all local and State of New Hampshire rules, regulations and laws. Town of Swanzey Richardson Park Bathhouse 2023 b. This project includes a new drilled water well per plan that will supply both the new bath house and the existing structure. c. This project includes a new septic system to serve the new bathhouse only. 2. Bath house: a. Project to be constructed per plans and notes contained as drawn and specified by Michael Petrovick Architect. 3. Project Schedule: a. The project must be completed by Monday, May 29th, 2023. If the Town is unable to select a contactor to meet this schedule the project will be re-bid immediately for fall construction starting after Labor Day.
