Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Owner anticipates a comprehensive design study and plan for implementation associated with Master Plan for the Longview Public Library. The scope of work shall include at minimum and take into consideration the following: 1. HVAC Improvements-VAV boxes, controls, etc.. 2. Update all flooring. Include stain resistant for all hard flooring. Hard flooring shall be implemented where books are stored. 3. Replace/ upgrade electrical panels and master light switch. 4. Consider work flow for administration/public. 5. Consider additional security measures internally and externally. 6. Repaint all interior walls with neutral colors. 7. Separate children bathrooms from general public bathrooms. 8. Consider relocating/redesigning children’s area. 9. Add exterior storage building that is on property. 10. Consider future expansion.
