Specifications include, but are not limited to: This solicitation is for the purpose of entering into a contract for the operation of a food service program for the Kearsarge Regional School District. The Kearsarge Regional School District food service program may include any of the following programs: National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Program (FFVP), Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), NSLP Seamless Summer Program (SSP), and/or Vended Smart Snacks. The FSMC will assume responsibility for the efficient management and consulting service of the food program including, but not limited to; menus, purchasing, receiving, storing, setting up cafeteria lines, counter service, cleanup, sanitation, training, hiring and supervising personnel, and presenting food in a way to create optimum student participation. The program will include the use of federally donated commodities.
