Specifications include, but are not limited to: System Controller/Operating System shall meet the following requirements: i. Computer must have a 64-bit operating system, Windows 10 operating system, and must have a 24” flat panel, color graphics monitor. ii. Computer must have the capability to be networked and include all components necessary for day-to-day operations. (i.e., speakers, mouse, keyboard, graphics cards, sound cards, interface boards etc.). iii. The System shall include a computer capable of controlling the instrument and peripherals, and store data, without taxing its ability. Computer should exceed the instrument’s minimum computer specification requirements to allow for multiple applications to be utilized simultaneously. iv. The Computer and system shall be capable of being connected to the instrument, the internet, and a printer simultaneously. 2) Instrument Software Capabilities shall meet the following requirements: i. Operating software shall be the most recent version of the vendor’s instrument operating software. If a new version of instrument software is released within two (2) years after instrument installation, vendor will provide the new version at no cost to KHEL. ii. Instrument software must have real time display of data acquisition and review and a graphical screen that displays all operating parameters for the instrument.
