Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Coordinate electrical/mechanical support for items to remain on roofs under and around supports. 2. Remove existing ballast, walk way pavers, mechanically attached roofing, insulationand vapor barrier to concrete wood deck. 3. Remove flashing as shown on drawings 4. Make mechanical equipment connections as required to move equipment for re-roofing. 5. Work requires a security officer to be present and work must be coordinated with Ada County and Jail Administration. 6. Provide new mechanically attached roofing insulation, vapor barrier roofing, cricketing, coping cap, and flashing. 7. Provide flashing into existing scuppers and existing flow lines per drawings. 8. Raise equipment curbs as required for new insulation.
