Specifications include, but are not limited to: CIHA is seeking proposals from responsive and responsible firms for IT Support for our Resident Computer Labs at multiple locations in Eagle River, Anchorage, Ninilchik and Seldovia, Alaska. No travel will be required outside of Anchorage, Alaska. Awarded Contractor will provide desktop IT support for 8 locations with a total 15 desktop computers. The computers being used are a mix of older Dell OptiPlex 9010, 9020 and other similar desktop computers provided to the resident computer labs as CIHA employee computers are upgraded. The contractor will schedule a combination of monthly onsite visits to Anchorage and Eagle River, and scheduled monthly phone visits with Kenai, Ninilchik and Seldovia. • Maintain up to 15 desktop computers. • Apply monthly Windows updates. • Provide and maintain an antivirus program. • Keep software up to date. • Provide in-depth troubleshooting for operating system and hardware issues. • Create, maintain, and deploy a standard Windows Image with all necessary software and licensing, such as browsers, application runtimes, and productivity software.
