Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit fully-insured proposals for services related to claim administration, customer service, access to a provider network(s) (as appropriate), and associated network management services for the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) group voluntary vision benefits plan. NDPERS provides fully-insured, voluntary group vision benefits for active employees, retirees and their respective eligible dependents (collectively “participants”) of NDPERS. In addition to eligible state and university employee and dependents, it is possible that participation may be extended to certain political subdivisions eligible to participate in NDPERS.
