Specifications include, but are not limited to: Robertson Hall, Section A (EPDM ballasted roof replacement, approximate area 5,445 SF) • Set up safety per OSHA requirements. • Remove existing ballast and membrane roof, down to existing insulation. • Reuse existing insulation and replace wet and deteriorated insulation (provide additional cost below). • Install the following: o Insulation: 1 layer of ½” iso coverboard, loose laid. o Membrane: Install new 60 mil., non-reinforced EPDM membrane – ballasted system, per manufacturer’s requirement (Include membrane, flashing at wall, curbs, and other roof penetrations). o Ballast: Reinstall the existing rock ballast. o Metal and/or Termination: reuse the existing metal wall cap, counterflashing at the roof perimeter, and scuppers, as required. • Debris removal • Provide manufacturer’s 10-year membrane roof manufacturer’s warranty.
