Specifications include, but are not limited to: A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of (2) of the Rooftop Chillers and Air Handler units for the Idaho State University Life Sciences Lecture Hall Building along with modifying controls from pneumatics to electronic. In addition the condensate drain system for the chillers will be replaced along with relocation of the rooftop access hatch, and restroom exhaust and sewer vents. Some additional return air ducting will also be added to the secondary lecture hall. Due to the end of the college semester access to the building shall be commence during the final week of the spring semester, 2023. Contractor shall only begin work that can be completed by the first day of fall semester, 2023 from award of contract and shall not begin any work that will remain incomplete for an extended period of time. All new equipment shall be onsite prior to start of demolition of any existing equipment.
