Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work covered by this specification consists of vegetation maintenance for the stream channel portion of the City of Omaha’s (City) Hell Creek Rehabilitation at Westwood Lane Project (Hell Creek Project). The Hell Creek Project is 3,300 feet long, starting at Westwood Lane and extending downstream to the Union Pacific Railroad culvert south of C Street. The Hell Creek Project was constructed primarily in 2015 through the fall of 2016 (OPW 52101). The channel has native grasses along the banks and is enclosed in a chain link fence line, which has five gates for personnel access. These gates are located at the following road crossing culverts intersecting Hell Creek: S. 126th Street (Qty: 2 at NE and SE corners), A Street (Qty: 1 at NW corner accessible through City lot), and C Street (Qty: 2 at NW and SW corners accessible through City lots).
