Specifications include, but are not limited to: Participate in reviewing and implementing new MOUs between DVHA and other sister agencies providing services and benefits to DVHA Medicaid enrollees, including the Vermont Department of Health, Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL), Department of Mental Health (DMH), Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program (ADAP), Department of Corrections (DOC), Department of Children and Families (DCF), and Agency of Education. Provide project management for work between AHS and Contractor described above, to include: Providing a single point of contact to the State for the work/project; Developing, monitoring, and updating a project work plan, including the facilitation of regularly scheduled status meetings and updating details on contract deliverables and timelines; Collaborating with the State leadership team and other key stakeholders to gather necessary information and to, where possible, build consensus during the preparation of the deliverables; Managing both draft and final deliverables, including all project version control; and Using an agreed upon tool/site for collaboration and storage of all project documents, including all source documents utilized or reviewed for research purposes cataloged using an agreed upon naming convention. The Contractor will perform ad hoc tasks to support AHS on an as needed basis for certain tasks that are not otherwise defined. Ad hoc services must be: Requested by AHS. Explicitly approved by the State in writing before commencing the service(s). Additional Requirements In order for Contractor to provide the work under this Contract, the State shall provide a Windows Virtual Desktop account with which Contractor can receive, access, store or transmit records electronically and securely through the Internet. Such account will provide Contractor with an account affording e-mail and software tools to securely receive, read, annotate, or store documents, and to draft, edit, or store reports as necessary in performance of work under this Contract. The Contractor is responsible for providing hardware and ensuring hardware security is up to date. There is no PHI/PII shared under this agreement. The Contractor will be given a State of Vermont Active Directory only account, synched with O365, with access to the Citrix environment. Microsoft Multifactor Authentication is required for connecting to the State of Vermont network (Authentication App on a cell phone is required). A broadband internet connection is essential and shall be provided by the Contractor. Microsoft Office is available in the Citrix environment. Access within Citrix will be restricted to State designated folders. Contractor shall adhere to the instructions provided by the State for the use of such account and programs provided.
