Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified construction managers/general contractors for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) services for installation of major HVAC equipment including new building system chiller and associated condenser piping, installation of the direct outdoor air system for the indoor pool, replacement and relocation of gymnasium air handler, installation of trench drains in locker rooms for the indoor pool, refinishing outdoor pool locker rooms, additional storage room, recoating of roof, interior remodel of storage space to create team locker room facilities and other associated work. Pre-construction services shall include active participation in the design process including constructability reviews; construction cost estimates at 30%, 60%, 90%; system and unit price costing for subcategories of work; advice; project analysis and feedback regarding materials, methods, systems. Should also include schedule development, descriptions of long lead time items, analysis and expertise relating to labor and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of the project.
