Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) seeks proposals from highly qualified Consultants, for the provision of Police Recruiting Management Services for the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ), Juneau Police Department (JPD). CBJ intends to contract with the best apparent Consultant who can provide the most comprehensive solution and range of recruitment services. The best proposer will be able to provide; comprehensive multimedia communications and marketing/branding campaign, that includes digital marketing and web presence, including videos. The services will help to define or ‘brand’ the JPD so ultimately CBJ can attract more qualified employees/officers. The Consultant will also be expected to produce recruitment content that genuinely embodies the values and rich history that makes the Juneau Police Department unique from any other police force.
