Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and perform all operations in connection with removal and replacement of existing West wall double doors in Dewatering Station per the following Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) Specifications. A.) The bidding contractors shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and for estimating the material quantities required to satisfy these specifications. Any work requiring a license shall be performed under the applicable license, as required under local or state laws. B.) Vendor shall furnish the labor, door units, hardware materials, service equipment, tools, transportation, methods of communication and other miscellaneous services if required. C.) Vendor shall furnish an adequate work force to complete each job as agreed and directed by the NBC Representative. D.) Vendor shall begin work operations within 30 calendar days after receipt of NBC Purchase Order. E.) Vendor shall meet with NBC designated representative a minimum of 48 hours prior to actually beginning work operations.
