Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project consists of removing existing PCCP in travel lanes and reconstructing 9” dense grade plantmix between Moana Lane and Mill Street, and a 1” HIMOD overlay between Peckham Lane and Moana Lane on I-580, with some upgrades to median barrier rail. Additional items include hydraulic and stormwater upgrades along with signing and striping improvements. Minor Landscape and Aesthetics improvements have also been included. The project is in Washoe County within the limits of mileposts of WA 22.075 to 24.469. The road is classified as an Interstate. The posted speed limit is 65 mph throughout the project limits. Traffic control will consist of full closures, lane closures in each direction, ramp closures, and shoulder closures.
