Specifications include, but are not limited to: General Specifications: Washington County intends to construct an addition of 232 beds to the existing correctional facility with an addition of approximately 36,975 square feet on County owned property located at 1155 W. Clydesdale Drive in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Construction Manager shall provide, maintain, and staff an on-site construction office for use by the Construction Manager to direct, coordinate, and oversee the construction of the project. This office is for the sole exclusive use of the Construction Manager. Project progress meetings will be held in this on-site office. Each contractor is to include in his bid adequate labor devoted to job cleanup while that contractor is performing work, or until cleanup is complete as judged by the Construction Manager’s On-Site Representative. The jobsite will be maintained in a clean condition at all times. Should any contractor fail to keep his work area clean, the Construction Manager may perform the clean-up and charge the cost back to the non-conforming Contractor.
